Damaris from Good Choice Reading and Trini from A Book-lover's Review we are such big fans of so many books, that they asked authors to give them a little glimpse into their favorite characters lives during Halloween. Over thirty authors are participating!!

Ok so here are the details of the event.

From Damaris' blog:

"We have asked a couple of our favorite bloggers to help with this event: Books With Bite, The Book Reaper, & Once Upon A Twilight. They, along with Trini and I, will be posting up Halloween scenes with some of our favorite characters written by the author, plus host giveaways throughout this event. We also have a GRAND PRIZE which includes a Kindle plus a $25 amazon Gift Card. The Kindle giveaways kicks off October 1^st, and ends October 31^st. Winner will be announced on November 1^st.

Hi Guys,

Now, I had given a tentative date of release for the third and final book, Forevermore, somwhere in November. Although I will try to keep my promise, due to some personal issues I will no longer have as much time to write as I would want. For a good cause

In lieu of my grandmother's passing this morning, I wanted to ask you to help me spread the word on this cause. My Grandmother lost the battle to Alzheimer's about eight years ago. It began when I was young. I loved spending my weekends with her, and every morning when we woke up, we would have breakfast in bed. She would read her newspaper and I would read a book. I remember, at the time, I thought it was funny how she would read the same article three times, and every time it was like the first, "Oh, wow. This and that happened." But then it kept progressing until she didn't recognize nor remember a single family member. With Alzheimer's, at least in her case, she regressed to being a baby; couldn't or wouldn't talk, had to be spoon fed, and you can imagine the rest.
She spent eight years of this. As much as it hurts to let someone go, especially someone I had been so close to, it was for the best.

For the next two days, I would like to donate all Feathermore (ebooks and paperbacks) proceedings to the Alzheimer's foundation. Please help spread the word of this disease and my cause.

Hola!

I know, I have been MIA for quite some time and for that, I am sorry. To be completely honest, summer is kicking my butt! Last year, I wrote Feathermore during these two months of summer. However, this time, it's the opposite. I don't know if it is because my kids are older and they need different (and more) things to entertain them or what, but I find myself with zero spare time.
Luckily, I am up to 55k words on the new Fallenmore and I am hoping to finish it by the end of next week. Yes! I know, finally, right? Of course, then comes edits and revising and betas, etc. But at least, it will be done. I cannot wait for you guys to read it! I do believe losing my first MS may have been a good thing as I think it to be more kick ass than before. Hopefully you'll think so too!

What has everyone else been up to so far this summer? Have you been writing? If so, what are you working on? Have you been reading? What have you read or are you going to read? I've read the Vampire Academy series and loved it. Can I get a Demitri for myself? Please? I am going to start Possessed by Kira Saito and Back to You by Annie Brewer soon :)
